Total donations: $47.3M
Richard Uihlein isn’t the only ultra-conservative rich man to dip into their pockets to fund the Club for Growth super PAC, the billionaire founder of quantitative trading firm Susquehanna International Group and longtime GOP donor Jeff Yass donated $15 million to the School Freedom Fund, which is closely aligned to the Club for Growth super PAC.
As the vice chair of the libertarian Cato Institute’s board, Yass has long supported any Republican candidates that share his views on minimal taxes and government regulation. The super PAC supporting election denier Sen. Rand Paul’s successful reelection got $5 million from him, however, the $1.9 million in bitcoin he gave to the Crypto Freedom PAC, a pro-crypto group that backed GOP Senate hopeful, Blake Masters, in Arizona, didn’t help much as Masters lost his election to incumbent Democrat Mark Kelly.

Do I see a trend here? Make it look like the republicans have more money? If that’s true, how do the democRATs out spend the republicans 5 to 1?
