8. It Wasn’t Just Georgia Trump Pressured
We are all now familiar with the infamous leaked audiotape to ‘find 11,780 votes’ that Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in an effort to manufacture a win in a state he lost to Biden. Well, it turns out Raffensperger, who rightfully rebuffed Trump’s outrageous and illegal request, wasn’t the only one to have pressure put on him by the former commander in chief.
The fourth January 6 hearing has documented that not only did the Trump team pressure officials in Georgia but they tried to do the same in Arizona. To make this event even more damning for Trump, multiple witnesses have come forward to testify that Trump was ‘personally involved’ in an effort to create slates of fake electors in key battleground states he lost.
