Trump’s BIG Announcement is a Total Dud

As stated before, people have discounted and dismissed Trump in the past at their peril as the ‘Teflon Don’ brushed off everything thrown at him as easily as he did dandruff on the shoulders of French President Macron’s suit. However, something feels wildly different this time. Trump’s underwhelming announcement for the presidency and his subsequent retreat to the safety of Mar-a-Lago have made him look as weak as he ever has. And with people on the red side of the aisle increasingly eyeing DeSantis as their guy for 2024, many are saying this is the end of the line for the Trump train.

The recent appointment of the extremely serious Special Master Jack Smith to ramp up the investigations into Trump’s involvement in the Capitol riots and his mishandling of classified documents is seeing Trump’s feet at the fire for the first time in his life, never mind his political life. This poorly thought out, badly constructed bid to grift more money out of people he has been grifting for years has not only massively backfired, but it has shown the world that, as his legal bills pile up, Trump will do just about anything, no matter how ludicrous it may be, to avoid paying a single red cent for his own defense.

  1. I wish there was another important position Trump would take that would help our nations bailout besides the office of the president. . He was so good at everything he said he would do which is rare as a president. But his time as president is passed in my opinion. We need him as an advisor for our foreign affairs because he was so good at negotiating. I liked him as our president but” you can never go back”. I don’t understand why he wants to go through all the misery the democratic press put him through again.
He had a vision for America which made him determined to lead regardless of anything, or anybody said or did. And he succeeded. !!
I think if he hadn’t announced his running again in 24 , everything would have been dropped and he could go out in glory, somewhat.
In my opinion, he burned his bridge when he didn’t accept his phony loss and waited later to announce his running. Humility is not his best suit,by far. We have a nightmare of an administration now but we are needing new blood so to speak. My eye is on DeSantis.
Our Trump needs to retire and enjoy his successes. Hard to step down for a man like Trump but he’s not the first to have to do so. Leaving a good legacy for his family should be his focus now.
