Appointment of Jerome Powell as Federal Reserve chair
Janet Yellen’s term as chair of the Federal Reserve finished in February 2018. At the time, Trump refused to reappoint her, because he believed she was too short for the job. Jerome Powell, Trump’s appointee, met the president’s aesthetic wishes.
Powell also managed to prove a great appointment right in time for the pandemic-caused economic crisis of 2020. Monetary policy was the one that had to do most of the lifting, and Powell was there as an equal to the lift.

You didn’t mention the over a million deaths from Covid following his longstanding ignorance and attempted deception. Nor did you comment on his flagrant attempt to destroy our democracy by inciting a coup. His criminal use of the office, his racism, his authoritarian and self-serving policies, will impact for generations.
