10 First Ladies Americans Love The Most

10 of the Most Powerful First Ladies America Ever Had:

Edith Roosevelt

Edith Roosevelt was a very dedicated first lady, and many Americans have deeply loved her for that.

She served as the first lady from 1901 to 1909, being the wife of Theodore Roosevelt. Besides showing a true interest in helping those who needed her, she dedicated herself to revamping the White House.

As the National First Ladies’ Library shows, her secretary recalled how Edith used to send large gifts of cash to different hospitals that treated the poor and instructed physicians to hand out money to those being discharged.

Growing up, Edith was extremely close to Teddy’s younger sister, Corinne Roosevelt. In fact, they were even best friends.

  1. Most of these are ok .. Love is too strong of a word for these women . The only one I would take off is Michele Obama – whose husband was the Great Divider. I credit the two of them with the surge in Identity politics. They failed to look at the merits of individuals and can be credited with the beginning of tribal politics.

  2. Yeah, when you ask democrats who their favorites are you are going to get democrats as the favorites… Should try asking all Americans and you get a different picture!

  3. Don’t ever put twerking lying Michelle Obama uo here. She hates America! Remember “all this for a damn flag?”
Jackie Kennedy and Melania Trump are tied for first place!

  4. Michelle Obama is not to be admired! She clearly dislikes white people and this country. She has a chip on her shoulder and feels its fine to openly display her dislike of America often. She often has a sour ugly look on her face. Many believe Obama married her because he thought she would be an asset to his career as a black professional. Now that road is finished and sadly many feel he will leave the marriage.
