The president promised to help the Black Farmers from losing their farms, because of shady Banks, the USDA, and other US Farm agencies. He is giving billions of dollars to the Ukrainians but no money for clean drinking water in many states that have received federal funds to repair or replace in many non-white neighborhoods. And he has not stopped the illegal immigrants from entering the USA, bringing drugs and other crimes.
