2. The FBI Planted The Evidence
Two days after the raid on August 10, Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social and suggested that the FBI had planted documents. His reasoning was that the FBI and others from the Federal Government would not allow anyone, including his lawyers to be there during the search of his 128-room estate by 30 agents from the Southern District of Florida and the FBI’s Washington field office.
He went on to say “without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking or, hopefully not, ‘planting.'” Unfortunately for Trump, he would completely undercut that narrative when he again took to Truth Social on August 31 to complain about the now famous photograph of documents strewn across the carpet that were submitted as evidence in a Justice Department court filing the previous day.
He suggested that the FBI deliberately arranged highly classified documents on the floor to ‘make him look bad,’ saying, “They took them out of cartons and spread them around on the carpet, making it look like a big ‘find’ for them.” Essentially admitting they were indeed his documents, but if that wasn’t enough, his next excuse confirmed he did indeed take these sensitive documents home.

There Is NO Reason for Trump to take them. It Has NEVER been done, before, There is No reason for it and is not Allowed. Why did he and what was he going to do with them? Sell them? Use them to extort someone? Absolutely ridiculous, and to say they are his, is ridiculous and UNTRUE.

So it’s no surprise to me that he would think that classified documents, which don’t belong to him, is something he treats as if it’s a souvenir for him to take home. Constitutional laws is always specific, even in the most bizarre cases, and that all Presidents must abide by them. I believe that Trump was going to sell them to the highest bidder and flee the country, but at the right time, when it suited him. Nuclear secrets are worth millions, perhaps even billions of dollars and such information should never leave the White House, under any circumstances, and that full security clearance and procedures should have been enforce, according to rules and regulations, regarding such removal of documents by any official, especially the President. It’s suspected that Trump may have already given away classified information, whether with or without knowing, and that he may have already gain monetary compensation and that such information may be out there, as it would have possibly been recorded in bank transactions and tax statements, kept under tight scrutiny. People need to understand that Trump isn’t about America First or Saving America, it’s about him gaining more power, wealth, status, and building the Trump name, establishing a legacy of true corruption, while milking his followers out of their paychecks, in a struggling economy, rising crime, rights being scaled-back or taken away, like abortion, voting rights, LGBTQ rights, etc., while he gains a foothold in the GOP and our nation, using violent language, intimidation and lies, and give promises, at least to those who follow him, possibly all the way to Hell, of making our country great again. If the narrative fits the crime, then he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the Law. If this was Obama, Clinton, or even Bush, or some average Joe, believe me, we would be in a maximum security prison right NOW!

And Obama had secret documents stored in an unsecured warehouse. Hillary had them on an unsecured undocumented server. Presidents take documents with them upon leaving office for many reasons. They may need them for reference in any subsequent court proceedings, use them for historical accuracy when creating memoirs, and some may find their way into their Presidential libraries for use in research by historians.
President Trump had already worked with the various agencies and had returned some of the documents in cooperation with them. The FBI raid was a politically motivated stunt set in motion by the Biden White House that was totally unneeded. The political weaponization of our intelligence agencies by the Democrats makes us a banana republic or worse. This needs to end. And the next time the GOP gets control of the government heads need to roll and many of those in these corrupt agencies need to be fired.

First….he declassified the documents. Legal.
Second… all previous Presidents have kept documents with various levels of markings on them when they left. All of them.
Third…Just because a document is marked doesn’t make it valid. ie…the route of a motorcade during a foreign country visit is marked ‘SECRET’ but once the trip is over, that document is worthless, even though it still carries the label.
Fourth… A legal raid paperwork MUST list the specific documents they are looking for…and they took WAY more than legally available to them.
Fifth…. They are REQUIRED to give him a list of everything they took. They did not.
Sixth…. Attorneys ARE allowed to watch what they take…they denied the Trump attorneys that right.
It is truly sad to see lazy, ignorant Americans refuse to see, research and understand for themselves what’s going on.
