The artificial intelligence that exists in the world today is undoubtedly an exceptionally useful tool in fields like social media, agriculture and farming, autonomous flying and self driving cars, retail and shopping and military applications. But the threat of super intelligent, and even self aware AI, is something that deeply concerns many experts.
In July 2017, China announced that its strategy was to become the global center of AI innovation by 2030, and they have stuck to its word.
